Unlike factory-finished pipes, CIPP liners attain their ultimate geometrical and mechanical properties only after in-place curing at the installation site. The quality of the installation and the work performed on site is thus critical for the quality of the end product and the integrity of the installed liner. We can offer a full quality control sampling and testing regime for your CIPP liner project and can provide a full suite of CIPP liner tests. Our CIPP liner tests assess all the know mechanical properties of the CIPP liners including composite thickness measurement, short term flexural modulus and stress / strain analysis. All our CIPP liner tests have full INAB accreditation to ISO 11296-4:2018.
